The institute for cultural diplomacy offers advanced undergraduates, post-graduates as well as recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in foreign policy research and advocacy on local and international issues relating to cultural diplomacy. Some of the opportunities currently offered by the ICD include communications, economics, and business internships. Applicants should be media savvy and have familiarity and strong interest in international cultural and political issues; project development; the interplay of business, culture, politics, and society; international understanding; interest in working in an international environment.
Anforderungen:
Key skills required for all projects include creativity combined with excellent English writing, research, and organizational skills. For ICD programs, strong qualitative and quantitative abilities, solid computer skills and advanced analytical skills are essential. Applicants should have a good grasp of political and cultural issues as well as an understanding of the basic principles of cultural diplomacy.
