The employer is a 5-Star- Hotel located in Hyderabad, Suedindien. An architectural masterpiece the hotel comfort its guests in 260 luxerious rooms and suites. The hotel facilities include 3 restaurants, a bar, a discotheque as well as a business and banquette facilities,a swimming pool and a shopping arcade.
Hyderabad is the capital of Andhra Pradesh and with a population of 6.1 Mio people the 6th most populous metropolis in India. It is known for its rich history, culture and architecture representing its unique characteristic of a meeting point for North and South India.. Hyderabad has been a place where Hindus and Muslims have co-existed peacefully for centuries. Today it is one of the most developed cities in the country and an emerging information technology (or IT) and biotechnology hub of India.

Infos sum Praktikum:
The intern would be rotated in the core 3 operations of the Hotels namely Front Office , Food & Beverages and Food Production.
Front Office :
Handling Cashiering , Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge
Understanding the Brand Standards of the Hotel operations.
Food & Beverages :
Speciality Restaurants operations right from Menu Engineering to serving and core operations of Service . Would be rotated through all the restaurants , bars and also the In Room Dining Service .
Butler Operations :
Training in the Butler concept, Handling the Butler console, Liaisoning with other Departments of the Hotels
Food Production
All speciality satelite kitchens of the restaurants .
Logistic support from back of the house Departments such as Finance , Human Resources and Sales & Marketing to give an all round exposure to the intern.

Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel, Gastronimie oder Tourismus

Languages: Fluent English, French , Spanish or any other foreign language.

Software:MS Word , Excel and Powerpoint - rudimentary level
