The company is located in beautiful Hermosa Beach which is in the southern part of Los Angeles, California. It is close to the beach and a great place to live!!!

Internship period: 6 months to one year (preferably starting August 18th, 2008)
Stipend: $ 800 per month

Requirements:
- English, fluent in speaking and writing
- Portuguese OR Spanish necessary
- Knowledgeable about MS Office applications, Outlook
- Front-page and Photoshop helpful but not necessary
- Basic knowledge of Amadeus CRS helpful
- Cooperative, independent, flexible

Duties:
- Administrative office
- Tariff updates on Tour Program
- Preparing final travel documents- itinerary & voucher- for clients
- Preparing itinerary proposals & Invoices for clients
- Checking flight schedules & services confirmation for clients
- Plan & attend trade seminar presentation, materials
- Verbal communication with Latin American suppliers
