Interns are expected to play an important role and should drive the business initiatives in sales and business development for Germany and the German region.
To identify prospective customers, understand their requirements, logical segmentation of the prospect base, and participate in strategy creation to target the prospect base. Support of the Healthcare team with market research and updates on the electronic health card project.
To understand L&T's service offerings well, create sales pitch including presentations & mailers with respective regional focus,& interact with prospective customers through e-mails & cold-calling.
Assist the Onsite Sales Team in Business Development Efforts & Share Local Culture and Practices to the backend Support team. Create a weekly newsletter on the German Insurance, IT and Banking & Finance market.
To collate the various documents created by interns in a common repository for re-use. Set up a proper communication model.
Assist in doing research for existing clients in other geographical areas.
Intern can become involved in Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
Anforderungen:
Intern should be well familiar with Internet and well conversant with MS Office. Should be Excellent in English Language. Knowledge of Information Technology will be an added advantage. Our team will help initially to understand the work and L&T’s offerings. Interns should be pro active, independent and outward going.
