Simpleware (www.simpleware.com) is currently looking for an engineering graduate or student to join the sales and support team of our rapidly expanding company. You should be enthusiastic about working with clients by providing technical knowledge and sales support. You will also be responsible for contracted projects throughout the project life cycle which will require you to work very closely with the R&D departments of a range of blue chip corporate companies.
This role will involve:
• Customer and sales support – customer contact, e.g. answering customer questions and inquiries via e-mail and telephone;
• Finite element services – generate FE meshes using Simpleware's tools, run FE analysis;
• Facilitate customer interaction and feedback with software development and marketing;
• Research new techniques to improve processes, product, technology, and documentation;
• Write and publish white papers and reports;
• Possibly demonstrate software and teach some external customer

Key Requirements:
• Very good English
• Engineering degree
• Good knowledge of one or more finite element or CFD packages (ABAQUS, Ansys, Fluent)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Team working
• Ability to work in a flexible environment
• Personal organisation
• Customer focus
