HTML/CSS Web Developer Internship

BarterQuest offers internship to BS/MS Computer Science / Engineering students to work on Web 2.0 website

BarterQuest is an e-commerce start-up that has developed an automated trading site where everyone can trade anything of value to anyone else. The Web site will support trading in goods, services, and the use of real estate. The site is in alpha testing and is rapidly approaching its public launch. We are seeking Internet savvy, self-motivated individuals who are willing to work hard, but who will have the opportunity to learn in a cutting edge development environment.

Internship duration is minimum 3 months and can begin immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible we have immediate vacancies.

Experience/Skills: Must have a strong knowledge or implemented HTML, tableless CSS
Preferred Experience (not required)
- Strong academic record in Computer Science
- 1+ years of Web programming experience
- Experience with Ruby on Rails & MySQL preferred
- Comfortable working with UNIX based systems, preferably Linux
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
