• Business Projects
o Development of business concept including business plan, and business model implementation strategy
o Scheduling and allocation of resources to business unit, deployment schedule, execution of implementation plan
o Business analysis, research
o Stage 1 – stage n proof of concept testing, phased business deployment, and final release
• Technology Projects
o Audit and gather business requirements, business processes, and forms
o Communicate requirements and business logic to IT department so that it can be deployed on standard platform
o Manage project implementation timeline and resource, milestone, and task allocation to appropriate business units and resources
