The Intern Development Programme is an important part of the Company’s business plan. Internships carry real responsibility, require high levels of motivation and will continue to challenge you throughout the time you are at Golden Moments. You will work within an international team, specializing in ‘Content/Operations’, ‘Finance’ and/or ‘Marketing’. Introduced by your team leader and supervisor you have the possibility to improve your business skills as well as your self-reliance and of course your English. The internship programme is an integral part of our business, with each role directly impacting upon the business and the basis for management decisions. With continued growth in the business you will need to remain flexible to change and passionate about the firm’s vision. Content Team: Provide colleagues, customers and corporate partners the very best and accurate information for our website. Refresh and improve the products and the appearance of our homepage. Plan events.
Operations Team: Deliver the highest standard and service to our customers and suppliers. Make sure events are successful, by providing all necessary information for the customer and our supplier.
Finance Team: Accountancy of the market, control debtors and creditors and execute projects linked to the financial development of the company reporting to management.
Marketing Team: Brand development of Golden Moments. Implementing marketing campaigns. Search Engine Optimization.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photo Shop and database management
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and your mother tongue

Other information
Internships are unpaid. Budget student type housing accommodation a short walk from the office can be arranged for you. You will have your own room, sharing in a house with other interns in Portsmouth. Portsmouth is a university city with shopping centers, beach, marinas, bars, clubs and restaurants, located 1hour 30 minutes south of London.
