Assume the day-to-day responsibilities for problem solving and troubleshooting issues related to export orders, ensuring proper training and prioritization of work assignments. Participates in performance management.
· Work with the CEO and coordinate all information to senior staff daily

· Anticipate any foreseeable concerns, issues, problems and addressing independently

· Assist with calendar, confirming appointment, developing itineraries, preparing visitors
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to personal efforts.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver results.
Qualified candidates must be fluent in English have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
