Tasks: Support Logistics Coordinator in projects for customer Toyota Europe:

? Process of daily orders and forecast
? Administration of change management documents and databases
? Prototype ordering
? Coordinate the development of monthly Delivery Performance report
? Project work
? Support meeting preparation, presentation development
? Liaise with the regional sales team in Brussels
? Coordinate communication with all Bosch plant logistics

Qualifikationen

Required Skills:
? You are currently a business student with specialization on Logistics
? Languages: fluent in English; German and French is an asset
? Very good computer skills (Office programs : Word, Excel (Makros), PowerPoint, Access and Visio is an asset)
? General understanding of computer processes
? Very good analytical and communication skills
? Ability to work independenly and pro-active
