We are looking for an intern for our

Intern Merchant Support/ Account Management for a 6 month period

You support the Account Manager and will be working among the following areas:

Management of customer inquiries via phone/email
Communication with existing merchants/end customers
Evaluation/Reporting of Merchant Service Metrics
Internal analysis, such as evaluation of promotions
Support of the Account Manager for promotion campaigns

Qualification:
Background in Communications/Social Sciences/Business
Internet affinity and interest/experience in e-Commerce/Customer support
Strong communication skills & creativity
Open and proactive communication style
High motivation and strong commitment
Very good command of the English language and preferably a second language ( especially Spanish, Russian, German, Polish, Turkish )
Willingness to relocate to London
