MSHS Group of Companies is comprised of Motor-Services Hugo Stamp, Inc., Governor Control Systems, Inc. and Advanced Bonded & Customs Services, Inc. Founded in 1983, it specializes in the overhaul, repair, maintenance and testing of diesel engines, turbochargers and equipment used on vessels such as private yachts and cruise ships. MSHS services ship owners/managers, underwriters, ship builders and engine manufacturers, offshore operators, power plants, and process and mechanical industries.

Accounts Receivables/Payables
Duties include: Daily routine, payments, collections, credits, customer credit limits evaluations, processing invoices, budgeting, forecasting development of financial statement and profit center reporting, check deposits, posting of vendor invoices through distribution module & maintenance of customer data base assistance in fiscal year end process and creating sales reports.

Interns actively participate with various tasks gaining opportunity with insight and specific knowledge in marine industry business practices. Team member a plus and must be able to work independently in completing tasks and specific assignments.

We provide a furnished apartment shared by 3 interns at your cost of $530 per month, plus a shared company vehicle.
