Are you interested in a student job (10 to 20 hours per week) on a long term basis?
In your job as a forum administrator you moderate the English speaking Forum of GMX.COM and support our customers via E-mail. This includes a weekly report of the Questions & Answers. In addition to that you are responsible for a pro-active evaluation of the customers’ feedback.

Anforderungen:
While English is your native language this position asks for both perfect writing and verbal skills. Your friendly style and polite way of expressing yourself comes with a patient character. You have a profound knowledge in Internet and E-Mail applications and should be experienced in explaining technical issues in an easy and comprehensive manner. As you can mainly work from home, working independently and accurately is exactly what you are looking for.
