Beschreibung:
Placement Purpose: Assisting the Customer Support Dept.
Customer Liaison



Specific Responsibilities:

• Direct customer liaison and developing relationship
• Maximise customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities
• Help to identify and remove obstacles to the delivery of the product/
trouble shooting/ problem solving
• Formal and informal Customer correspondence via letters and email,
phone enquiries
• Monitoring of turn around times standards
• Communications of actual achievements to HPA management
• Data entry/ Inventory control
• Billing and Quotations for units processed
• Sale of inventory and stock items
• Manage and arrange delivery and collection of Gears and other parts
• Clearing custom formalities
• Query of outstanding items and resolve them on a timely basis
• Checking documentation for errors
• General clerical duties
• Contribute to projects and tasks that are launched to work towards
Continual Improvement Programmes:
o Develop and maintain the Inventory Utilisation Plan and issue this to the management
o Assists in the preparation of monthly, semi-annual sales projections and forecasts
o Establish as strong rapport with other departments specifically with engineering, finance and operations
o Liaise with other Customer Services personnel to control the flow of information internally and externally
Anforderungen:
• Having a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Pro-activeness approach to work
• Ability to communicate well with the senior management
• Able to work unsupervised
• Ability to prioritize work load
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the work place
• Relevant experience within the field of Customer Support is preferred
