Placement Purpose: To support the user and computer infrastructure and assist in development projects.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day serviceability of the PC, Terminal Network
• Creation of new and management of users accounts
• Support of existing PC Network
• Support IT Inventory
• Ensuring System & Network Integrity
• Supporting and development of Multimedia and Web-applications

• Supporting and development of reporting and datamining tools (ODBC connections etc...)

The person should be someone who has a genuine interest in PC’s and Computing

• Having a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Pro-activeness approach to work
• Ability to communicate well with the senior management
• Able to work unsupervised
• Ability to prioritize work load
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the work place
• Relevant experience within the field of Information Technology is preferred
