In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.We are looking for a passionate and organized ESG intern to support the Environmental ('E') and Governance ('G') pillars of our corporate ESG strategy. Your mission is to be the hands-on owner of our carbon accounting process and the primary support system for the ESG Steering Committee.If you’re someone who’s passionate about sustainability, organized and ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!

Your new adventure:

  • Manage the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) offset program
  • Collect and analyze data for our carbon accounting process
  • Provide administrative and project support for the ESG Steering Committee, including agendas, meeting minutes and action tracking
  • Research environmental compliance requirements and best practices
  • Work with a variety of teams to gather input for ESG-related projects
  • Help to define and document our internal environmental processes
  • Help Pipedrive grow by supporting our long-term ESG goal

  • A student currently pursuing a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field
  • An interest in environmental sustainability
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Good data skills in Google Sheets or Excel
  • The ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks
  • A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluency in English
