UX design internship (m/w): Industrial Design • User Interface Design • Packaging Design
Your task will be to analyse user workflows and to design laboratory solutions. Depending on your experience & skills your focus is either on instrument hardware, or on software user interfaces or on accessories/packaging or a combination of all these areas.
You will develop ideas and concepts with the focus on usability and regarding ergonomic, technical & user requirements. Integrated in a team of experienced designers you will be entrusted with all the typical tasks of an UX designer and be involved in all phases of our design process., Europe, Asia and Australia.
Duration: from approximately around April 2018 - September 2018 (flexible)
Mandatory or voluntary internship
• You are studying towards a degree in Industrial Design, UI Design or similar (ideally 4th-8th semester) or you have just recently graduated
• Good knowledge in CAD, Adobe CC and/or UI prototyping software
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English or German necessary, ideally both
• Technical affinity
