Your main Tasks:
 Be the first contact between Click&Boat and our users
 Help our members by answering their questions (mail, phone, chat, video...): how to use the
platform, how to book, managing the oncoming problems.
 Satisfy our customers and answer to all their questions before, during and after their rental.
 Be a key factor of connection between the Customer Service department and the other
Click&Boat teams (Sales, Prospection, IT, Management...) in order to improve our process and
organizational methods.
 This job contract requires to be present during June, July and August and to work occasionally
on Saturday and Sunday


Required Skills: Native French - Spanish - Italian or German
 Following a bachelor or a master degree in customer relationship, international trade, negotiation, sales
 Fluent in English is compulsory
 Organized, dynamic and responsible
 Perfect writing and oral skills
 Eager to challenge and be able to manage difficult situations on the phone
 Pack Office, ZenDesk is not a problem, in digital you believe
 If you remember you law courses, it would be a plus
 Loving boats would be a plus
