You are a Sales Executive dedicated to the German clients sailing on our best destinations globally.
During your job, you will:
§ Take care of the German clients: understand their needs and follow them all along the booking process on to the closing. You will get a monthly sales objective to reach.
§ Always look for the best matching offers for the clients and negotiate the best rates.
§ Provide customers with all information related to their booking.
§ Ensure full client satisfaction and customer loyalty.
§ According to your results, you might get the opportunity to manage a small team of Sales Executives. You will participate in their training as well as the follow up of their performances.
You are native German speaker. Being fluent in either French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
You are an excellent commercial.
You are a challenge seeker and a source of proposals.
You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction. You are able to handle difficult situations by phone or emails and stay calm in all circumstances. You are passionate or have some knowledge about boating.

To keep on growing, we are looking for a native German Sales Executive.
This job contract can start in May or June 2019 for a 3 to 6 months duration (a full-time contract can be offered for the best profiles).
