Working Student Customer Support (m/f)

Provide our customers with an outstanding customer service experience: Answer tickets (we use ZenDesk) and Emails in a timely and qualitative manner, as well as Social Media requests
Work closely in the team: prioritize your daily and more long term tasks in collaboration with our small, motivated and supportive team
Find solutions for the technical problems of our users through own research and in cooperation with our developers
Proactively further improve our customer support processes and generating new ideas to increase efficiency
Further improvement of ticket system automation
Help to establish and maintain further support channels
Take over responsibility: plan the customer support for one of our new products proactively and be the main contact person for questions from colleagues in this regard

Ihr Profil

Enrolled student
Interest and understanding of our products and infrastructure in technical terms
Fluent in English
Fluent in one of the following languages is a big plus: Russian, Turkish, French
Enjoy working with people in a patient and helpful way
Strong communication skills in written and verbal form
First experience in a similar position is a plus
Experience in moderating a forum is a plus
