The position
The Procurement Intern will be responsible for the end to end process of releasing authorized purchase orders to fulfil the buying requirements of the Company as well as to be be responsible for the end to end process of onboarding external consultants once the related purchase orders are approved

Your Responsibilities
-To release purchase orders and to monitor the quality of the purchase orders raised by the offshore team
-Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with both internal colleagues and external suppliers, and maintaining them over time.
-Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person or by telephone or email.
-Performing day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
-Maintain knowledge of all organisational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organisation staff members and to vendors.

-High School Diploma

Professional Requirements
-Strong reading, speaking and writing skills.
-Administration skills
-Organisational skills
-Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc)
-Basic knowledge of SAP MM is a plus
-Fluent in German and English
