Your internship in Sales Support for Serum in Western Europe:

In this position
You are responsible for providing key support to our Serum Sales Team within Western Europe. You will be liaising directly with customers and Sales people to ensure we provide a smooth and professional service, ensuring we close our sales and maintain a strong customer relationship. Our Sales Team is based in the field and so from our office in Amsterdam, your tasks include a diverse range of pre-sales care.

The daily tasks are the following:
• Being responsible for the reservation and ordering process of different products
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they can stay in the field selling
• Stock management of Serum products
• Contract management

And also,
• Participate and create continuous improvement projects within the team
• Supporting integration of new business
• Pro-active communication by following up key account customers
• Handle and resolve customer issues, related to pre-sales

Ideal candidate…
• Bachelor level thinking
• Interested in being trained in SAP and Salesforce
• Fluent English
• German and French skills are desired
• Being able to work in an international environment
• Strong in communication and management
• Team player

40h week internship paid including travel expenses. You will gain lots of experience and will get to work with great colleagues.
