What will you do?
You will be working on projects in the area of employee engagement, surveys, and HR communication that reinforce our business strategy and improve employee satisfaction.
You will also be asked to drive the improvement and expansion of our communication channels on people related topics.
Some more Essential Responsibilities:
Advice and support the HR team / Management team with regards to the full range of communication services.
Coordinate communication practices, tools and deliverables (e.g. materials, messages, consultancy, etc.), manage the review, approval, and distribution of those communications
Support implementation of the internal communications plan, and help to identify and develop new communication channels, and or topics to be communicated.
Create content for our intranet pages, newsletters, and HR project-specific communications
Design communication material – leaflets, brochures, info graphics, posters, videos etc.
Support implementation of engagement frameworks and processes, e.g. Employee Opinion Surveys and follow up and HR quality survey.
Support coordination & follow-up yearly Employee Opinion Survey
What do you need to succeed in this role?
First work experiences through internships and/or assignments
Talented content writer
Creative design skills
Be pro-active and comfortable in approaching and working with stakeholders of all levels
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal)
Fluency in German is a bonus
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
A minimum of 5-months’ time
