Intern: Community Manager (f/m)

As part of our team your tasks will be:
-Acting as first point of contact for our user community and speaking as MyTherapy´s voice towards our users
-Shaping our communication strategy towards our user community
-Supporting users from around the globe with issues and complaints, providing timely solutions and following up to ensure -resolution
-Communicating and co-ordinating user feature requests and ideas with the development team, to help support the continued improvement of MyTherapy
-Optimizing and automating user processes in collaboration with our development and product team

-Are enrolled at university (or equivalent) in communication studies, business administration or a similar field, and have completed at least two semesters
-Possess exceptional communication skills and composure, allowing you to adapt to different characters and produce user-focused results
-Are native in German and fluent in English
