Sales, Marketing and Administration Assistant
• Maintain the company's database with input of new requests, new contacts and general filing
• Regular update of the company’s website as well as following up our social media.
• Support the Sales Team with daily follow up of leads, offers and deadlines given by clients and/or suppliers
• Development and creation of marketing material such as the weekly newsletter
• Follow up calls to existing clients
• Internet research for potential clients
• Marketing mailing
• Translating offers from English into German and vice versa
• To help organise our trade fairs visits and client meetings
• General administrative work
• Flexible, reliable, resilient and very organised
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of English and German
• Use of standard computer applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum period: 3 months
