As part of Exyte’s Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Controls (ERM & IC) Team, reporting to the Head of ERM & IC, the position holder will work on, and be responsible for the following areas/activities:

Enterprise Risk Management: Development and improvement of the ERM system: Risk Organization in a complex matrix organization globally Risk Assessment Strategy & Methodology Risk Universe ERM IT System User trainings Administration and management of the semi-annual risk assessment and reporting cycle ERM Report preparation (IT) Administration of the ERM IT tool (user administration, permissions, risk parameter set-up, etc.) Internal Control System: Design and implementation of a group-wide Internal Control System in line with COSO 3 and Exyte’s defined ICS Roadmap Continuous improvement of the internal controls to cover critical risks Conduct control and process owner trainings Perform walkthroughs remotely/on site to verify design adequacy Maintain flowcharts including mapped controls (IT) Administration of the ICS IT tool (user administration, permissions, risk parameter set-up, etc.) Develop a suitable ICS reporting in close collaboration with the ICS team Continuous development, maintenance and improvement of the Internal Control System Other: Regular reporting to the Head of ERM & IC Perform ad-hoc reporting in line with Corporate Policies Maintain and update ERM & IC Policies, Guidelines and Procedures Support the Head of ERM & IC regarding other administrative and department tasks Travel requirement of approximately -% (post Covid-) Show your expertise
University Degree in Business Administration, IT or Engineering, Master Degree is a plus Professional ERM and/or IC certifications are a plus Experience in designing, implementing and managing ERM and IC system(s) Big4/consulting background with later industry experience is a strong plus Autonomous, proactive & self-organized Team player Strong IT background Capability to form an individual view Capability to interact and work in a multicultural and international environment Capability to challenge the status-quo and offer solutions Solid communication and presentation skills English language skills (good business level) Advanced skills in MS Office applications and SAP FI Experience with other IT-tools, e.g. MS Share Point, PowerBI, etc. and/or ERM/IC tools is a plus
