Become a part of our strong TRATON HR Business team by joining us earliest from March 2024. The HR Business team takes care of all HR-related issues for all employees such as recruiting, employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration and covers many other topics as e.g., employer branding and global assignments. 

• You will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings etc.) 
• You will support the recruitment activties (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews)
• You will assist in planning and executing employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives including career fairs and other events
• You will participate and work in HR-related projects

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
• You are inspired by HR topics and digitalization
• You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
• You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
