Aufgaben
As an intern, you will:
Supporting our consultants in the preparation and implementation of international projects
Get to know projects at all stages of the employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning
Assist in planning and during assessment and development centers and help with the follow-up of the results
Gain insights into working with competency models and their application
Sit in on feedback and development meetings
Obtain certification in the application and interpretation of psychometric assessments
Collaborate on various internal processes, including recruiting internship colleagues
Anforderungen
What we expect from you
Degree in (business) psychology or business administration with a focus on HR, at least in the 3rd semester
Enrollment during the internship
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Confident handling of the MS Office package
Enjoyment of project work as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative
The ability to work in a team and a confident appearance are a matter of course for you
A high level of service and quality orientation are among your personal requirements
Your internship should have a minimum duration of 3 months
