We're looking for a Founders Associate (Tech / Product) to work directly with our CTO and help build the foundation of our product from the ground up.

📍 Berlin | Internship (3-6 Months) | Path to Full-Time

Tasks

• ⁠Design and execute core features to enable seamless AI & human collaboration
• Create AI Agents that enable our team across all departments
• Transfer our MVP into a unified solution
• Help shape technical decisions, from infrastructure to feature development
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate in a fast-moving environment
• Own what you build — from first commit to deployment

Requirements

• Clear understanding and applicability of Python
• Knowledgable in data Modeling and PostgreSQL (Supabase experience is a plus)
• Confident with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to thrive in zero-to-one environments and love building things from scratch
• ⁠Analytical Mindset & Problem Solving Skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with at least one AI-Agent Framework like LangGraph, Haystack, CrewAI or similar
• Experience with n8n

Language Skills

• German C2
