Tasks As a Founder's Associate Intern at Cardino, you will gain an invaluable insider’s perspective into the workings of a disruptive startup. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the design and implementation of critical strategic initiatives, working alongside leadership. Engaging in cross-departmental projects, bringing a fresh viewpoint and keen analytical skills to the table. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Requirements Prior experience in high-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or investment banking. Know-how in Finance or Operations is highly preferred. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage complex projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English. Additional knowledge of Dutch, French or German would be a huge plus.
