As our E-Commerce Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in keeping our online shop running smoothly. From supporting with campaign setup to building landing pages and coordinating with different departments — you’ll be right at the heart of our digital storefront.

YOUR TASKS

• Shop Management: Help keep our shop content fresh and exciting — from product descriptions to campaign banners and everything in between.

• Campaign Support: Assist in setting up weekly campaigns and coordinating copy and visuals with our design and marketing team.

• Landing Page Creation: Build and update landing pages for campaigns and product launches using Shopify.

• Process Improvement: Bring fresh ideas to the table — suggest smarter ways to handle our shop management.

YOUR SKILLS

• Academic Background: You’re studying (or have gained experience in) Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field — and you’re eager to apply that knowledge in a real-world setting.

• E-Commerce Basics: You understand how online shops work and know basic e-commerce principles.

• CMS Confidence: You’ve worked with content management or shop systems before — or you learn fast.

• Language skills: Clear communication in German or English (written & spoken) is essential.

• Detail-Driven: You spot inconsistencies others miss and take pride in clean, correct work.

• Organized & Reliable: You keep deadlines, manage tasks independently, and follow through.

• Curious & Adaptable: You like learning new tools, systems, and processes — and you're not afraid to ask questions.
