Tasks

• Support with the daily farming operations including seedling production, plant health monitoring, and harvesting.
• Engage in continuous research and testing to optimize plant combinations for maximum yield, quality, and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and refine new farming solutions.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to agronomy, botany, horticulture, or a similar field, with a strong preference for candidates whose curriculum requires the completion of an internship
• A keen interest or academic involvement in vertical farming
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
