YOUR TASKS

  • Support PM Officer by improvement initiatives for the Global PM
  • Tracking and reporting on the installation and commissioning of wind turbines
  • Work on initiative "Executive Readiness Tool"
  • Update and track the "Delay Reasons" for the weekly Management Meeting
  • Create internal surveys for the Operational Readiness Call
  • Support PM Backoffice Manager by project tasks (IT, Documentation, Purchase Ordering, Upvise Request, Site Map)
  • Ad-Hoc tasks within PMO department (for customer projects or internal processes) 

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • Enrolled student in economics, engineering, environmental technology, renewable energies, environmental sciences, or related fields of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluent in english, german is a plus
