🚀 Your mission

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated intern to join our early-stage venture capital company for a minimum period of 4-6 months starting September 2025. The selected candidate will be working closely with our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of the venture capital industry.

Tasks

Deal Sourcing: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, screen incoming deal flow, and contribute to the development of investment theses.

Event Organization: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of networking events and other industry-related activities, as well as attending such events to represent the firm.

Fund Operations: Provide support to the team in various administrative and operational tasks, such as fund accounting, investor relations, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Network Building: Help us to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other venture capital firms, with the aim of identifying new investment opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.

Requirements

🌺 We are looking for:

• Strong academic background in business, technology, engineering, science or a related field. You have gained practical experience in a fast-paced environment. We highly value different backgrounds and various professions.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong self-initiative and interest in start-ups and venture capital.
• You are able to navigate with only high-level direction and can cope with minimal amounts of face-to-face team time.
• You are highly motivated with a demonstrable curiosity for technology, an entrepreneurial journey, and strong commercial acumen.
• You are an open-minded, communicative, and proactive person.
• You are fluent in English and preferably speak some degree of German.
• Working permit for Germany.

• A 20 min intro call with one of our team members
• A take-home case study
• Case study interview, where you present your results
• Personal interviews with the founding partners
