Job Summary: The Intern / Working Student will work cross-functionally across AI, Growth, Product, and Operations. This is a flexible, hybrid opportunity based in Frankfurt/Eschborn with remote options. The position can be part-time (15–20h/week) or a full-time internship. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual who is eager to explore a variety of tasks across departments. This role offers valuable exposure to different areas of a modern tech company and is designed to grow with the individual over time.

Tasks

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support growth and business development initiatives such as research, lead generation, and market analysis

Assist in AI or product projects including data labeling, prompt testing, or tool automation

Support internal and external communications such as LinkedIn posts, presentations, or documentation in Notion

Prepare reports and dashboards using tools like Google Sheets or basic data visualization tools

Help organize and improve internal team processes, workflows, or toolkits

Explore new tasks and take on additional responsibilities based on interest and performance

Requirements

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Currently enrolled in a university program (field of study flexible: tech, business, design, communications, etc.)

Proactive, self-organized, and able to solve problems independently

Comfortable working with digital tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, or AI assistants

Strong written and verbal communication skills in either German or English (both is a plus)

Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a cross-functional team

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
