In a nutshell

In this internship, you will gain valuable experience in the commercial operations side at one of hospitality’s most dynamic brands. Against a backdrop of new parameters and shifting norms, this internship will provide valuable insights into a constantly evolving
technology and distribution landscape. Areas of focus include how to drive increased revenue for our international hotel members, and how to help them build their online presence.

Opening: August / September 2025

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: EUR 1000 / month

The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

Tasks & Responsibilities

Assist member hotels in improving their performance across all channels (OTAs, CRS, booking engines)

Implement and support our member hotels by using and maintaining the systems

Conduct system trainings for new and existing member hotels on all aspects related to the central reservation system, interfaces or booking engines

Load rates in the various systems and support the hotels in rate strategy

Support distribution-related projects

Provide general departmental support

Experience & Mindset

Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and administrative skills

Creativity and attention for detail

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Proficiency in MS Office
