Job Description

Join ProGlove, the leader in industrial wearable technology, and gain exposure at the intersection of strategy, business development, and corporate leadership. As a Working Student or Intern in the Office of the Chief of Staff, you’ll operate at the heart of a fast-scaling IIoT innovator and work directly with our senior leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Support and steer our 8-Quarter Value Creation Plan (Corporate Strategy)
  


• Prepare and contribute to Board-level presentations and performance tracking
  


• Drive strategic business development initiatives across the organization


• Help shape and execute ProGlove’s Company Strategy and growth priorities


• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Enrolled in a Business, Economics, Management or similar degree program (Top 20% of class; please include Z-score)


• 
  Previous experience (internship or similar) in management consulting, high-growth startup, or strategic function with measurable results


• High analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
  


• 
  Self-starter mindset with excellent organizational skills and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment


• 
  End-to-end ownership from Day 1 – you’ll lead projects, not just support them


• Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must; German a plus


• Interest or experience with agentic AI tools is a strong advantage
