Ihre Aufgaben

• Investor research & analysis: identification and profiling of global institutional investors, family offices and funds of funds (LPs).
• Marketing & fundraising materials – Support in the creation and refinement of pitch decks, marketing materials and fund updates, come up with suggested new content and improvements, support with regular updates.
• Completion of Due Diligence requests: Preparation of detailed DD answers for investors, in collaboration with the investment team and company management; assist in updating the firm DDQ.
• CRM management: maintenance and updating of the investor database (e.g. Pipedrive), track investor outreach and meeting notes as well as follow-up planning.
• Dataroom Management: assist in updating content and access of the fundraising Dataroom(s).
• Data analysis & market monitoring: Analysis of fundraising trends, PE market movements and competitor activities; support with benchmarking and performance comparisons.
• Investor relations communication: Assistance in the creation of newsletters and e-mail campaigns, as well as assist in financial reporting for investors and incoming queries.
• Event preparation & roadshows: Support in the planning and implementation of investor meetings, conferences and roadshows.
• Legal support: Assistance with fundraising-related legal workstreams, including documentation tracking, and related processes.
• Financial updates: Preparation of regular track-record and financial metrics updates, in collaboration with the Investment Team.

 

Ihr Profil

• Advanced degree in economics, finance, business administration or a comparable course of study.
• Strong interest in private equity, capital markets and institutional investor coverage.
• Strong analytical and project management skills as well as a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Preqin, PitchBook or CRM systems an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (both speaking and writing).
• Ideally prior practical experience through internships in PE, investment banking, investment consulting or IR.
• Willingness to work on-site in Munich, with option for remote work on Fridays. 
• The duration of the internship should not be shorter than 3 months, preferably 6 months
