Your mission

• Support program management and business development through analysis and development of new business models.
• Expand and maintain the HoFT database to facilitate matchmaking between startups, scale-ups, corporates, and investors.
• Coordinate meetings and events to strengthen networking within the FinTech ecosystem.
• Manage external service providers in the areas of marketing and communication.
• Prepare whitepapers, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize and implement AI tools to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with schedule coordination and administrative processes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to further develop the FinTech ecosystem.

Your profile

• Completed or currently enroled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience – ideally in business development, consulting, or a startup environment.
• Experience in the banking or FinTech sector is a plus.
• Strong affinity for innovation topics related to financial services.
• A structured, analytical, and strategic mindset with a high degree of self-responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and presentation tools.
• Initial experience with digital and AI-based tools is an advantage.
