Graphic Design / Social Media Intern (f/m/d) - Mandatory 6 Months unpaid Internship
We’re Urbix Hub — the first B2B platform giving mobility companies on-demand access to professional driving simulators, gamified training, and real-time analytics.
Backed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and EIT Urban Mobility, we’re scaling fast — and we need a creative who can make our mission look as sharp as it is smart.
This remote internship is a chance to build your portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in marketing design within a high-impact mobility startup. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a knack for engaging digital audiences.
Tasks(Yes, you’ll be designing. No, you won’t be resizing logos all day.)
- Create scroll-stopping visuals for social media, presentations, campaigns, and web.
- Evolve and maintain our visual identity across everything from pitch decks to landing pages.
- Build sleek icons, infographics, and animations in Figma or After Effects.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team on real startup flows.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions that turn chaotic ideas into crisp visuals.
- You can manage Figma. And if not, you’re willing to learn fast.
- You’ve got a killer eye for layout, color, typography, and all the good stuff in between.
- You can follow brand guidelines, but also know when to bend them (with reason).
- You understand social media content formats and responsive design.
- At home, but in Europe!
- Work on a position with real impact and retain ownership.
- Collaborate with people who move fast, think big, and don’t take themselves too seriously.
- We’re growing, and if you kill it, there’s room to grow with us.
This is an unpaid mandatory internship — German applicants must be enrolled in a university program at the time of application and throughout the internship.
At Urbix Hub, we’re building something that changes how the logistics industry thinks about driver training. Our mission is simple: smarter, safer fleets with training that actually fits how logistics works today. We work with professional driving simulators, data analytics, and a whole lot of empathy for drivers and fleet managers.
We’re obsessed with solving real, gritty problems. And we do it with creativity, rigour, and a sense of humour.
