Responsibilities

  • Support the team in actively managing Relationship Managers’ inquiries.
  • Support the SET Team in their day-to-day business.
  • Track account maintenance process and proactively follow-up across Front Office teams on progress and propose assistance in resolution of related issues.
  • Answer the administrative questions from the Client Advisors and from other departments of the bank.
  • Produce regular reporting and client statements.

    • Requirements

  • Student in the field of economics / business management.
  • Ability to work independently and quickness to grasp new tasks.
  • Very good English language skills, further language skills are an advantage.
  • Flexibility, personal initiative, structured working.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Good MS-Office skills.

    • The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
