Your mission

We are looking for new Interns (f/m/d) to join our Private Debt Investment Team starting from Q2 / 2026 onwards. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and actively support the team throughout various stages of the investment process. Your responsibilities include:

• Market & Company Analysis: Researching industries and potential investee companies.
• Investment Screening: Assisting in the initial assessment of new investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence & Credit Papers: Supporting the preparation of credit committee papers and due diligence processes, including buy-side and independent assessments.
• Origination Support: Conducting research to identify new investment opportunities and support deal sourcing.

Your profile

We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, passion for excellence and strong communication skills. Key prerequisites include:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in private debt and alternative investments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• Fluent in German and English.
