Tasks

🧠 About the role

This is a high-agency, growth-focused role where you’ll learn startup growth from the inside. You’ll work directly with me on everything related to growth (campaigns, community, content, and outreach) and get full freedom to test your ideas.

You’ll:

• Grow and run our Dev Leaders Lunch Club, a curated peer community for senior engineering leaders
• Plan and organize real-world meetups with engineering leaders across Europe
• Assist in demand generation via LinkedIn + email campaigns
• Support LinkedIn content creation and build our followership
• Ideate and run growth experiments across channels and communities
• Help shape how we show up in the European tech scene

Your work will directly shape how we show up in the market, attract customers, and build momentum.

• You create buzz and engagement in the engineering leadership community
• You generate qualified leads through smart outbound campaigns
• You help position Flea as the go-to platform for modern engineering leaders

Requirements

🎯 You might be a fit if…

• You’ve worked in sales, marketing, or community-driven roles before
• You’re proactive, self-directed, and hold yourself to a high bar
• You genuinely care about startups, AI, and developer tools
• You want to build your own company soon
