As an intern for Marketing, you’ll be the heartbeat of our events and merchandise coordination. You’ll passionately support, organize, and coordinate top-tier happenings like trade shows and exhibitions that spotlight SRAM’s innovative products and brand. Responsibilities

Booking coordination for hotels, events, and meeting rooms

Supporting the marketing team in communications planning for events

Organizing logistics for event shipping

Scheduling and coordinating event team tasks on-site

Helping source assets like tents, displays, and equipment

Promoting development, production, and inventory management of merchandise

Accurate expense tracking according to budget

Negotiating with suppliers for pricing, delivery terms, and timelines

Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

Enrolled at a German University or College in Business Administration, Marketing, comparable program or apprenticeship

Secondary school completion (e.g. Abitur or equivalent)

Valid driver’s license required and must be maintained

Confident use of MS Office

Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail

Well-developed problem-solving abilities

SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

Strong problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written) - German is a plus

Willingness to travel is required

Ability to lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs)

Ability to stand for extended periods at events
