These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.

Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Meet the Team:

Join our team based in Munich. Collaborate closely with different teams, we ensure smooth operations, impactful decision-making, and the successful rollout of best-in-class service management practices. 

 

Make an impact by:

• Help us manage the biggest network for public charging in Europe and Japan


• 
  Support our partner management team and take over end to end responsibility for partnerships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs) in Europe
  


• 
  Ensure with us that our partners and their prices are every day up to date to enable a premium offering to our thousands of customers 
  


• 
  Generate KPI reports for key markets and partners to help us finding the best strategies there. 
  


• Complex data analysis to find root causes for technical problems, calculate tariffs or verify invoice disputes of our partners 


• Help us to professionalize our partner management with the introduction of a CRM system 


• 
  Support the roaming platform management  and configuration within our IT platform 
  


• 
  Create with us a monthly market screening/research for potential new partnerships or regulations  
  

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in the 2nd half of your degree program or graduated in Law, Business administration, Economics, Engineering, IT or another related field


• 
  Be available to work full time as an Intern in Munich/Berlin as soon as possible for 9-12 months
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and potentially other European languages


• Experience in consultancy or process/Business Analytical skills are a plus


• 
  Knowledge of Confluence, Power BI, Jira, SQL and Ticketing systems are a big plus
  


• Self-driven attitude & eager to take responsibility


• Structured and analytical working style with team-oriented mindset


• Comfortable working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward


• 
  Solid interpersonal and intercultural skill set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders
