Participate in the interdisciplinary, strategic HR team "People & Culture Global Standards"

Support the conception and implementation of strategic HR projects with the local HR teams

Work independently on exciting topics in the area of global Compensation & Benefits, such as job grading, benchmarking, preparation of reports and analyses on the subject of remuneration and benefits, and further development of remuneration-related processes

Participate in overarching international projects, including the design and implementation of a Job Architecture, development of SAP SuccessFactors, etc.

Prepare special topics independently

YOUR PROFIL

Registered student (m/f/d) in an advanced bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or a comparable course, ideally with a focus on human resources

Very good knowledge of using MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Power Point

First practical experience in an HR department is an advantage

Confident command of English

Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
