WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be part of the pan-European portfolio management team and work on a wide range of strategic initiatives. On a single asset level, you will develop versatile analyses with regards to cash flow, budgeting and (re-)financing as well in depth hold/sell analyses. On the fund level, you will support the team, working on investor requests, quarterly reporting and any other internal and external strategic discussions, shaping the investment decision making process for the pan-European real estate platform.
We are looking for an astute, determined professional to assist our portfolio management team.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Conducting property, financial, and corporate analysis, as well as supporting the strategic management of real estate investments or targets
• Performing cash flow analyses using established models in line with investment plans, and assisting in the preparation of hold/sell analyses
• Collaborating closely with professionals across various departments, such as Transactions, Asset Management, and Corporate Finance
• Creating reports and presentations, including quarterly and non-financial reports, as well as preparing investor reports and related presentations
• Supporting cross-functional and international projects, with a focus on independently managing and ensuring the quality of large data sets
• Compiling key data – collecting and organizing essential business information to support the team in making informed decisions
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• Academic background: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a leading university, specializing in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience through previous internships or work as a working student
• High proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly strong skills in Excel
• Strong analytical abilities, as well as excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent working proficiency in both languages
• Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality work
• Eagerness to learn and contribute, with an open-minded attitude toward working on a variety of projects
