Intern (m/f/d) Digitalization - Focus Knowledge Management & AI
- You will take the lead in setting up our new intranet in Confluence. We are not looking for a standard solution, but a platform that convinces with clever ideas, structure and user-friendliness.
- With our AI platform (Langdock) you breathe life into ideas. Whether a "cylib guru", an interactive knowledge database or a smart landing page. You are largely responsible for how these tools are designed and used.
- You are responsible for collecting, structuring and preparing knowledge in such a way that it is not only found, but is also used with pleasure.
- You will support the team with smaller IT challenges, especially in solving minor IT tickets, and proactively contribute your ideas to continuously improve our processes and systems.
- Finally, you will document your work and other internal processes so that your knowledge is firmly anchored.
- You are studying (business) informatics, information technology, media informatics or a comparable degree programme and have a passion for IT and new technologies.
- You have already gained experience with tools such as Confluence, Notion or other wikis - ideally in the course of a previous job.
- The topic of artificial intelligence arouses your curiosity and you are keen to experiment in this area and create practical solutions.
- You work independently, think creatively and want to actively shape things instead of just working through tasks.
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English.
- You are available for 3 months. Home office is possible, but you should be prepared to work at least three days a week in the office in Aachen.
- Bonus: You find at least one error or potential for improvement on this website and tell us how you would solve or optimise it.
- Working in a young and interdisciplinary scale-up team
- A lot of responsibility and creative freedom right from the start
- Active contribution to climate protection & circular economy
- Active involvement in decisions
- Team spirit and a family atmosphere
cylib is a research-based German scaleup for holistic battery recycling - starting from discharging to recovery of all components of the lithium battery - that was founded in Aachen in 2022 by three visionary founders, including a female CEO.
The cylib process offers a complete end-to-end process from battery pack to green battery material by employing a combination of mechanical and thermal pre-treatments and an innovative water-based lithium and graphite recovery. Unlike incumbents, cylib can therefore recover battery materials such as lithium, graphite or manganese. The process was developed over several years of research at the renown RWTH Aachen University and offers an efficient, resource- and climate friendly recovery of all battery materials from end-of-life batteries.
cylib's technology enables the recovery of all battery components regardless of whether it is an end-of-life battery or not. Recovery of green secondary raw materials from the cylib process enables the realization of the true Circular Economy on the European market.
