WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As our Business Operations Intern (m/f/x), you'll be at the heart of our growth story, driving operational excellence across departments while gaining invaluable startup experience. This isn't just an internship - it's your chance to contribute meaningfully to Europe's green transition.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Process Optimization (50%)

• Dive deep into critical processes like Accounts Payable and Hire-to-Retire
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that slow us down
• Design and implement solutions that make an immediate impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%)

• Partner with teams (e.g., Finance and People & Culture) on strategic initiatives
• Support daily operations while learning from industry experts
• Bridge departments to ensure seamless communication and workflows

Tech Innovation (15%)

• Evaluate our current technology landscape with a critical eye
• Research and potentially implement cutting-edge automation tools
• Transform manual processes into streamlined, automated workflows

Documentation & Insights (5%)

• Create clear, actionable internal documentation
• Develop reporting frameworks that drive data-driven decisions

Your profile

Essential:

• Currently pursuing Business, Management, Informatics, or related degree
• Natural problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and an execution mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, independent work environments
• Solid grasp of overall business processes (specifically, Finance and HR) and their interconnections
• IT understanding (e.g., low-/no-code, databases)

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Familiarity with startup-focused platforms like Personio, Qonto, Payhawk, ...
