MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or student of economics or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills in oral and written German and English mandatory
  • Being familiar with accounting software (SAP) is a plus
  • Good administration skills
  • Working independently and responsibly

    • Your tasks

  • CreatePSORs (Proposal Sheet/Order Request) for ordering goods & services.
  • Createvendor data for registration of new vendors in SAP and apply for approval in OneMobis.
  • Executeinvoice processing covered by operational budget.
  • Controlbudgets for PSORs & EPR/PPR/BTPR (Requests for reimbursement for entertainment, general expenses, and travel expenses) created by each team.
  • Controlcost reports in HR Works for reimbursement of employee travel expenses.
  • Arrangefor budget adjustments in SAP: Carry back, carry forward, account change, reduction/additional budget requests.
  • Createnecessary documents for monthly company credit card settlement.
  • Ensureregistration of approved PSORs for investment and new assets in MAMS.
  • Managefixed asset in MAMS and support MTCE’s fixed asset inspection.
  • Supportfor all matters related to operation and administration.
